Cell on Wheels Details
A portable or temporary mobile telecom site, generally mounted on a vehicle/trailer/skid, used to provide rapid or temporary mobile coverage/capacity during events, emergencies, network restoration, congestion, or short-term coverage gaps. Under the Rules it may be treated as portable overground telecom infrastructure/mobile tower; where it is deployed as a temporary overground network for restoration or public-interest/event requirements, Rule 10 provisions may apply.
