OFC - Right of Way Details
Permission for laying, operating, maintaining, repairing, replacing, or augmenting Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) as a telecommunication line, either underground through ducts/trenches/manholes/handholes or overground/aerially, as applicable. The Rules define a telecommunication line to include optical fibre with casing, coating, tube/pipe, and related appliances.
